My journey at BMHS has been spectacular! The school has positive vibes that makes it a beautiful shelter for not only students but also for teachers. I feel honoured to work with such professional and positive staffs. Teaching at BMHS has been a great experience that I would ever be grateful and thankful to our principal madam who gives support and guidance in all the ways.
Our strength is our “Team work”. At any given situation I can seek help from any colleagues, they are extremely co-operative. I have always felt motivated and empowered to teach. The school, with its extraordinary teaching methodologies, safe and caring environment, unmatchable support and coaching for academic and co-curricular activities is truly appreciable. The most valuable thing about the school that makes it different and best is the vision of the school which is the guiding light, showing a path to kids for a successful and bright future.
I have never been very confident about myself until I joined BMHS eight years back. It empowered me and made me believe in my abilities. Being a staff of B Mona High School for the past few year years has been a rich learning experience for me. I am glad to say that with each passing year, I feel more affinity towards the school. The persistent efforts of the Management team in providing a standard holistic education, giving equal weightage to both the physical and the intellectual development of children, merged with social awareness, civic sense, scientific temper, moral values and principles is highly commendable. The discipline, the children learn here will definitely help them stay grounded and humble and guide them to face the different aspects of life in a more confident manner.
Under the able administration, constant support and guidance of our respected and beloved Principal madam and Dean madam, we, the teachers are naturally inclined towards uplifting the students in each and every small way possible. I am very proud to say that I am a teacher at the prestigious institution of B Mona High School. My journey at BMHS started in the year 2003. Teaching was my passion. After joining BMHS, that passion got converted into full time profession.
At BMHS, I got exposure in different walks of life. To name a few, attending to the queries and needs of parents, talking to new members of BMHS whether it is a student or a staff, visiting education offices, so on and so forth. It is a proud moment when the students after their graduation at BMHS, come back to their childhood nest saying that they are flying BMHS flag wherever they go. All this became possible just because of the strong support system, the BMHS management committee.
The school is celebrating 40 years of its establishment this year. Throughout the year, an alumnus was the guest of honour for each and every event of the school. It was a festival to see that reunion. It was a cherishable moment to see the growth of the school in the very growth of its own children. BMHS is thriving hard to bring the hidden potential of each and every employee and the student. That helped me gain confidence and pass it on to my students in turn.
In a nutshell, I feel blessed to be a part of BMHS. BMHS taught me that teaching is nothing but learning. What I am today is just because of BMHS.

My first step into BMHS was in May 2023. Every day since then has surely been a learning experience. Learning new skills, new teaching methodologies and a new work culture. At BMHS, the focus at every step is only on complete development of the student community, whether it is academics, co-curricular or extra-curricular activities. I always have a sense of satisfaction after completing every task given to me because utmost care and guidance is given by the management to ensure that the work is perfectly done and hence every task becomes a lifetime experience.
Teaching mathematics for the students of BMHS has always been a fun filled experience, a challenge to meet and of course an obligation to do. I love working at BMHS as a teacher, because this is a school where discipline and good mannerism are considered the foremost attributes to be developed in the students. Hence, I also join the common motto of the school and will strive harder for the progress and enhancement of the institution.

I have been working at BMHS for the past seven years and feel proud to be working in this school. I have really learnt a lot during my time with this school. This school has provided me much joy and the school is like my extended family.
The principal and the dean have contributed to my potential growth as a person and have supported and respected my suggestions. They have been very kind and supportive in all ways – especially when I have made mistakes. The overall atmosphere in this school is pleasant for staff and students.
This school has many facilities for the holistic development of students such as science and computer lab facilities, spacious class rooms, and a large playground in addition to the strong academic syllabus.
This school is standing strong for the past 40 years and it has created a great environment to study and work. Many students who have studied at this school have moved on to become achievers in a wide variety of fields ranging from scientists to filmmakers. BMHS Alumni are well settled in life and because of this we get lots of respect from the other schools in and around.
In the past one year, there have been lots of changes and improvements made to the school, partly due to the newly appointed Dean. Innovative homework that makes students think and analyse, well-designed question papers that make learning a fun task, group activities that foster peer-learning,

From my initial days at BMHS, what stood out was the approachability and professionalism of everyone I met. Not once did I sense any exclusion, instead, I felt a genuine sense of belonging right from the beginning. I found myself actively engaged in the teaching and learning processes. BMHS is essence, of a dynamic place that continuously buzzes with new ideas aimed at enhancing both our professional and personal growth. It has been seven years since I have joined BMHS as a science teacher for high school. I feel honoured to work here with Principal ma’am, Dean Ma’am, teaching staff and non-teaching staff. The principal is involved in every step of our work and guides us throughout. We are blessed to have a Scientist as the Dean who encourages and motivates me in all the activities of the school. There is a good coordination between teaching and non-teaching staff. Freedom is given to the teachers in explaining their subject by performing experiments, taking children to the garden and giving assignments to them. I wish to continue this relationship with school for more years to come.

Working at BMHS has given me many learning opportunities. Each day brings new experience and something new to learn. Here, emphasis is on quality and holistic education for every single child and utmost importance is given for discipline and good behaviour. Supportive coworkers, caring management and good facilities has made working here a great experience. The classrooms, labs and library are well maintained which is very essential for a child’s overall learning.
Be it literary festival or sports day or annual day celebration, each event is always well planned and executed with a lot of effort and time put in by everyone. Students are always encouraged and motivated to participate in all activities.

I appreciate our Principal Madam and the school’s staff for being role models to our students. Our school caters to the educational needs of students of all categories. Holistic education and disciplined way of life are given prime importance. My own daughters have studied in BMHS and I can see how they have grown and developed.

In addition to our regular curriculum, we provide extra coaching specifically tailored for class 10 students.
